Eighty is the number of days it takes your body to create a healthy ” foundation for fitness ,” Calabrese recently told Today. Sign up for the program, and you receive 80 different workouts that last from 30 to 60 minutes each. The idea is to do a different routine every day, with each routine building on the previous one so you continue to challenge yourself.
